Scheduler

Responsible for calling clients to verify availability; communicating with the clinic in advance to confirm availability with doctors and schedule medical appointments, maintaining the calendar without duplicating appointments, dates, or times.

Requirements

• Technical, university student, graduate, or degree holder in Marketing, Social Communication, Marketing, and Advertising, or related fields.
• Minimum one (01) year of experience in similar positions as a scheduler and/or customer service representative.
• Advanced conversational and written English skills (essential).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
